South Bay Beach Volleyball Team presented by Nfinity Volleyball Club offers high level training for athletes grades 6-12 preparing to participate in CBVA and other local beach tournaments. Athletes will learn beach specific skills, tactics, and tournament prep with 2-time NCAA and FIVB Junior World Championship Coach Ali Wood Lamberson.

Our youth beach clinics are great for beginners looking to learn how to play volleyball! Clinics held at Ave H in Redondo Beach Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:30-4:30pm. These clinics are open boys and girls ages 7-11. Register for one, a few, or all! (Must register 24 hours in advance.)

Whether you're learning a new hobby or getting ready for the AVP, Ali has a clinic for you. Adult beach clinics are great for all levels of players. Clinics held at Ave H in Redondo Beach on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30pm. Open to all adults ages 18+. Register for one, a few, or all! Sign up before they fill!

Youth Beach Clinics
Boys and Girls Ages 7-11: Beginning beach volleyball clinic focused on fun in the sun & physical literacy. Learn the basics: serve, pass, set, & spike in a fun, encouraging environment. Mini court, mini balls, and age appropriate balls to encourage development.
Volley Teens and Tweens Clinics
Boys and Girls Ages 11-18: No experience necessary beach volleyball class stressing fun in the sun while learning and reviewing the basics: serve, pass, set, & spike, as well as match play, in a fun, encouraging environment. Athletes will be grouped by ability and age. Perfect preparation for the Club / Competitive group.
Club / Competitive
Boys and Girls Ages 12-18: Intermediate/Advanced training for athletes competing in club, high school, or national events. Want to train like the National Team? Emphasis on developing sideout efficiency, strategic serving, & running effective defenses. Other topics may include: how to train at the competitive level, how to pick a partner, how to prepare for a tournament. Free Zoom recruiting session for those interested in playing in college. This class is a great alternative or addition to club beach. Clinics are limited to in size for maximum coach input.
