Our Beach Elite team is comprised of advanced beach volleyball athletes grades 8-12 who are preparing to participate in beach competitions. Emphasis is on tactics, advanced techniques, and tournament prep with 2-time NCAA and FIVB Junior World Championship Coach Ali Wood Lamberson.
NEW in 2026, fall training series will include strength, speed, and plyometric training.

Our Beach Excel training is geared towards intermediate and new and athletes grades 6-12. This is a great place for athletes making the transition from indoor to beach. Athletes will learn rules of the game, beach specific skills and tactics.
Beach Excel has concluded for 2026. Look for 2027 dates coming soon, or book a private lesson.
